Cherie Priest recommends
Happy Hour of the Damned (2008) (Amanda Feral, book 1) Mark Henry "More brisk, batty, raunchy, and catty than a room full of cougars with a margarita machine. Happy Hour of the Damned is funny as hell." | The Labyrinth of the Dead (2010) (Penemue trilogy, book 2) Sara M Harvey "Labyrinth of the Dead is a sensual, apocryphil nightmare - an exquisite adventure that manages to be both epic and personal, sweet and vicious." | Mechanique: A Tale of the Circus Tresaulti (2011) Genevieve Valentine "Mechanique is a brutal gem of a novel - a fierce, gilded textual circus." |
