The story line of this series revolves around the character of Logan, a policeman of the future, whose job it was to enforce his societys over-population problem by capturing those citizens turning 21 and bringing them to their death - until, predictably enough, Logan himself reaches that ripe old age and decides to rebel, taking his sister with him.
