Robert Le Normand was born in St Helier Jersey, in 1954. As a child he moved to the mainland with his parents.

Although leaving school with no formal qualifications, Bob had caught the writing bug at an early age, and was earmarked as a 'future author' by his English teacher.

Now residing in Wales with his wife,Pearl, Bob is the owner of several small businesses, including property investment and wedding car hire. He and Pearl have been together for fifteen years and have seven children between them.
