This volume of metaphysical poetry was inspired by the works of Jane Roberts, whose "spirit guide" Seth dictated volumes of teachings for those of us here in the physical realm. These poems are meant to be uplifting, thought-provoking, and perhaps a means by which each of us can better cope with the seeming negative aspects of our daily lives.
