A Boss Needs a Boss Lady, is the tale of twin sisters, Taylor and Alexa. After leaving the comfort of their home in Miami and returning to New York City, the girls set out on a path designed by their father, Sebastian aka Bash. Bash will stop at nothing until his daughters are sitting in their rightful spot; financially secure and at the top of his organization! Yohance is a hustler with a 'got to get it' type of mentality. He's all about the money and is willing to go to whatever lengths to make sure that he maintains his rightful position in the underworld. The streets are all he knows, but with his wife Jayda in his ear about leaving the game; he starts to pull away from her and into the arms of a devious mistress named Taylor.
