Flying Circus

The children are whisked into a world where planes fly themselves and air traffic control isn't what it should be. To his horror, Chip finds he's the temporary Flight Controller, in charge of four wacky flying machines. Giving commands doesn't come naturally to Chip and airborne chaos ensues.
