According to Soviet records, Martin Wagner was Otto Funk, a former SS General guilty of war crimes against citizens of the USSR. His death sentence was signed by Josef Stalin in 1952. Now, decades later, he was to be executed, on U.S. soil, by a Russian assassination team, the Red Falcons.
