A stand alone thriller set in a secure psychiatric unit in the Midlands. Dr.Claire Roget takes up a position vacated on the murder of her predecessor by one of the inmates. However as Claire gets to know the workings of the unit it becomes increasingly obvious that the culprit may well have been someone else. And that someone else is beginning to taunt Claire with hints of a further murder to happen.
