Mike Manno is an attorney and college professor who lives in West Des Moines, Iowa, with his wife, Luanne, and their two best four legged friends, Bo and Buster. End of the Line is Mike's second book featuring the exploits of Detective Sergeant Jerome (Stan) Stankowski, and former prosecuting attorney Parker Noble. His first, Murder Most Holy, was published by Five Star in 2006 and was later republished in paperback by Worldwide Mystery. A former newspaper editor, Mike's legal writings have appeared in the Des Moines Register, and the Wanderer, among others.
