Katie Rose, eight-going-on-nine, is not happy. She has to make new friends, but everyone seems to have enough friends already. Then along comes zany Mrs Smith, who rides a Harley-Davidson and owns "The Witch Repair Shop", where everything is fixed, including Katie's problems.
