In the rugged mountains of Yugoslavia, Marshall Tito and his Partisans are on the run from the lethal Handschar Division of the SS-Muslim warriors fighting alongside the Nazis. Soon, the entire region will be in German hands. The Allies send a commando team to destroy a high-altitude bridge, a key link in the Handschar supply chain. But getting there may be impossible.

After parachuting into Yugoslavia and hooking up with Tito's forces, the team must fight a running battle over some of the most treacherous terrain in the world, while engaged in a life-or-death struggle against a foe that would rather die than give up the fight.
