A vacationing Dr. Harold Smith feels a strange sense of deja vu when WWII planes bomb London and Nazi-attired skinheads goose-step through the streets. Remo is called in to deal with the problem, but it becomes apparent that he is dealing not with a small militant faction of neo-Nazis, but rather with a secret brotherhood great in number--led by an evil visionary.
