Mordred comes of age in a corner of the land of Arthur. The "strays" offer the keys not only to Arthur's kingdom but also to a darker, unchartered realm within Mordred himself. Now at last he must confront the mystery of his birth and embark on a cyclical quest, leading him to destiny and nemesis.
