Frederick Masterman is a retired priest of the Episcopal Church, living in Tucson with his wife, Rebecca McEldowney. He has a background in geological science, which informs much of his writing. He is the author of "A Matter of Taste," a short story in the science-fiction anthology "Tales of the Slug" (Windstorm Creative, 2007). In addition to "Season of the Plant," his books "The Jewels of Stonehenge" (Second in the PlanetCare Discoveries series), "The PlanetCare Discoveries Sourcebook," and "That Which Endures" are all available or forthcoming from Windstorm Creative.
