A bizarre plague has struck the town of Carrick: one by one the normally taciturn townspeople are dying after talking compulsively for hours. In hope of finding the cause of this decimating illness, James Maxwell listens to their outpourings for possible clues. As the stories interweave, the town's disturbing history emerges.
