Lucifer's Game (2021)
Cristina Loggia
"A brilliantly plotted dangerous 'game' of wits played by British intelligence against Hitler's Gestapo and the Wehrmacht in 1942 Rome, a game in which love has to take a heart-rending second place. A masterly grasp of historical detail and atmosphere that plunges the reader right into the heart of WWll intelligence, its dangers, its threats and its triumphs."
