An author who penned the popular "Bloodhound" series of mystery books, including "The House on Bloodhound Lane", "A Brace of Bloodhounds", "Blind Bloodhound Justice" and the just-released "A Bloodhound to Die For", who published her first book at age 65, died Oct. 27 in Fargo, GA after a long illness at age 72.
