U.S. Air Force captain Andrea "Andy" Burke's new commanding officer, Colonel Dare MacLendon, runs his car off an icy winter road--and it's up to Andy to report the accident. Not a great start to their working relationship. And worse, Dare seems only too aware that Andy is a woman.
