About Noel Loomis
Noel M. Loomis was born in Oklahoma Territory and grew up in the southwest that later figured prominently in his fiction. He began contributing fiction to the magazine market in the late 1930s, and came to prominence with his first novel, Rim of the Caprock, in 1952.
