It was Lecky Grant who saw the egg thieves. His house was opposite the wood where the ospreys had their nest. Osprey eggs are very rare, people drive hundreds of miles to raid a nest. Now he's determined not to let it happen again, and sets out to keep a watch on anything suspicious in the village.
