Slocum was enjoying a fine buffalo hunt, until he got greedy. With a wagon full of skins, he returned for one more kill. That's when the Comanches robbed him, killed his men, hit him on the head and left him for dead. Slocum had to start over again with a new gun, new horse and pretty new driver.
