Catherine Lanigan is author of Romancing the Stone and The Jewel of the Nile. She has been writing for the past 23 years and has published 26 other novels. In addition to her novels, Catherine has written two non-fiction books: The Evolving Women: Intimate Confessions of Surviving Mr. Wrong; which is a compilation of real women's life stories in which they triumphed over abusive marriages and relationships; and Angel Watch; Goosebumps, Signs, and Dreams. Her newest, Divine Nudges, is Catherine’s spiritual autobiography in which she chronicles true stories of angelic intervention and the divine not only in her life, but that of her parents and grandparents as well. With heartfelt stories such as these, it's only natural that Catherine would seek to bring them to the silver screen. As CEO of Mountain Zen Motion Pictures, she divides her time between Phoenix and Los Angeles.
