Thousands of years two Sith ships were sabotaged, resulting in the crash of one on a distant, isolated planet, and the loss of the other in a hyperspace anomaly. The survivors of the crashed ship evolved into the Lost Tribe of Sith. But the other ship was lost in a kind of time warp, finally exiting hyperspace far, far in the future.
