During World War II, defector Charley Kane and other disgruntled Americans team up with the SS to assassinate Churchill, Roosevelt, and Stalin during their meeting in Teheran. When the plan is sabotaged at the last minute by the Americans, the Germans start double-crossing like crazy. It's all supposed to be quite exciting, but somehow it isn't: the contrivances and coincidences are just too pat. Veddy English and very old-fashioned.-- Robert H.
