Curly and his naughty friend the Fent are visiting Grandma Rose by the ocean. They soon discover that Mr Smythe will do ANYTHING to get Grandma's house - even if it means tearing up Grandma Rose's garden, having secret meetings with the mayor and sending a shark after Curly and Pook.
