Young Moesha Brown, known as “MoMo”, has always had it hard. Growing up with a mother who only cared about her next high and couldn’t have cared less about raising a child, it seems that Moesha will never catch her lucky break. That is, until Hennessy Daniels, steps up and adopts her. Being adopted by the very wealthy Hennessy and Miami, Moesha is now granted the life she never thought she could have, but that doesn’t mean it’s not filled with drama. In love with Marvin “Munch” Xavier, MoMo doesn’t see herself with anybody besides her childhood sweetheart and while MoMo tends to stay lowkey and behind the scenes, Munch is out the streets making a name for the couple, but all good things don’t last forever and MoMo soon finds herself broken— again.

Now a matured and hardworking woman, MoMo has her head on straight but heartbreak has left no room in her heart for a man, so she uses them for the only purpose they serve for her. That works for her until an encounter with the infamous Shaun King, known on the streets as Hood, leaves her mind in a frenzy. In a short period of time Hood manages to solidify his position in MoMo’s life forcing her feel things she hadn’t felt since Munch. However, when old heartbreaks resurface, what will MoMo choose? History or Hood?

This is a full length standalone novel.
