When Amber Pepper's jewellery-buyer boyfriend Hugh asks her to accompany him on a business trip to the paradise island of Tahiti she's not keen - Amber loves big jumpers and rain. She'd rather be pedalling through puddles in her hometown of Oxford than lolling in the gel-blue waters of the South Pacific.
