It is 2010 and Hercus is a middle-aged failure obsessed with the continuing destruction of the planet. Desperate to redeem himself, he digs up the huge piece of plutonium that he once buried as a student prank and then blackmails his friend to help him achieve the ultimate act of terrorism.
