In the final installment of "Projekt Saucer", cyborgs emerge all over the world and its population is brutally enslaved, save for a few isolated freedom-fighters. But things take an unexpected turn when the cyborgs begin to shut down voluntarily. It seems that there is a whole new agenda there.
