Pretty Pearl, god child, lives high on the mountain top in Africa with all the other gods. Curious about mankind, she comes down off the mountain and sails on a slave ship for America. There she sees the suffering of the black people, and feels their sorrow. Pretty Pearl knows it is time to act.
