Toby leads his sister Nikki across the Wasteland to the Lookout and tells her about the people he saw intending to mug her. Nikki says he should have gone to the police, but Toby would like to keep the Lookout secret, a sanctuary in the "Land of the Baddies". But can he watch while they take over?
