Private eye Chandler Bell takes on a case of a missing sexy college girl that reveals the dark and erotic underbelly of San Diego. Bell finds the city filled with hardcore pornographers, scantily clad club kids, and a ring of terrorists who have an extremely twisted brand of patriotism. When he cheats on his lover, Victoria, with the sultry Asian beauty, Maureen, and a number of other dangerous vixens, everything really starts to fall apart.
