Ellen Hart recommends
The Woman Who Rode to the Moon (1999) (Cordelia Morgan Mystery, book 2) Bett Reece Johnson "Surely one of the most intriguing protagonists to come along in years." | Mommy Deadest (2000) (Meg Darcy, book 3) Jean Marcy "Mommy Deadest is first rate! Marcy's writing is fresh and unpretentious, and she knows how to weave a great story. Add to the mix a quirky St. Louis setting and a budding romance between Meg and the mercurial Lindstrom, and you've got a perfect recipe to make a cold winter's night sizzle!" |
