Murder and women are the specialties of Hollywood PI Rick Page, and everybody seems to have a carnal itch that can't be easily satisfied, especially gorgeous Vera Adler who comes to him to investigate the unsolved murder of her sexy daughter that occurred three years earlier. When the case opens, neither Rick, Vera nor Vera's husband, Douglas Lansford, know what they are in for. The quest for justice takes Rick from Hollywood studios and Sunset Boulevard apartments to homes overlooking the California coast at Santa Barbara. Along the way, he meets several other women with an itch before arriving at the solution to the murder.
