When Charger, Spitfire, Flyer, and Stunts square off against Team Rexcor on Rexcor's home track, it's dirty-tricks time to the max. But what Team Fastex doesn't know is that Rexcor has hidden a device in each of their cars allowing Garner Rexton to control the Fastex cars as they zoom down the track. One by one, the Team Fastex cars spin wildly out of control, manipulated by Junker, Specter, Zorina -- and Garner Rexton himself!

The only person who discovers this devious deception is Charger's younger brother, ten-year-old Miles McCutchen. But no one will listen to him! It's up to Miles to take matters into his own hands.
