This book is not a collection of stories about Two-Face and the Riddler. There is one Riddler story and no stories featuring Two-Face. However, the stories you do get are ample compensation for the false advertising. Several stories feature the Penguin and Catwoman as well as the Joker's version of 'Casablanca' and a wierd look at the Joker's warped childhood.
