Terrel has survived exile from his homeland of Vadanis and escaped the wrath of his mysterious enemies. But as his destiny becomes clearer he realizes that soon all of Vadanis' dark power will be levelled against him - and that his only hope for survival lies in the wastes of the Crystal Desert.
