Olivia Darcy needed a job to tide her over until she could get back into her own profession, and the secretarial job with a Doctor Paul Raynor which was offered her seemed to fill the bill. But a pleasant surprise awaited her when she joined the Raynor household-for the job was in fact as secretary to Doctor Raynor's father, the celebrated actor Charles Raynor. Olivia settled in very happily with this fascinating family, and found herself getting on well with them all-with her boss, his two sons Paul and Julian, and even with the housekeeper.
