A horror novel, in which Jack Bradley returns to his home town on hearing of his father's murder, only to find that his body was discovered at one of his favourite childhood places, the Dreaming Pool. Soon, Jack must confront both long-buried secrets and a conspiracy which leave him unsure as to whom he can trust.
