Heavenly Vices

Conrad Duff, warden of Gracemount Theological College, had a talent for generating tensions. This talent seems to have survived his death, for the anxieties rife amongst the college staff, visiting deacon Theodora Braithwaite notes, clearly go beyond their trepidation about the changes likely to be precipitated by his demise. His death, Theodora soon learns, was regretted by few and devoutly wished for by many. Then Theodora is informed that Duff's death is not all it seems...
