A journalist and internationally successful author of two novels for adults, Anna also wrote 35 Kilos of Hope, a novel for younger readers. "I wrote 35 Kilos of Hope to pay tribute to those of my students who were dunces in school but otherwise fantastic people. The book is also a homage to one of my son's teachers who encouraged him in elementary school when he started off on the wrong foot." Anna lives in Seine-et-Marne, France, with her family.
