Rafa Blue fights hurricane winds to check on her boat at Key West's Daiquiri Dock Marina only to find dock master, Diego Casterano, dead in the water.

Many are under suspicion: Rafa and her boyfriend, Kane Riley; Diego's son, Pablo; dock owners Brick and Threnody Vexton and Dolly Jass, who last saw Diego alive.

Rafa and Threnody secretly plan to discover the identity of Diego's killer. But in days to come, Threnody and Pablo, Diego's son, lie dead on Vexton property.
