A noted Palestinian writer raised in a refugee camp and an acclaimed Israeli author who is being compared to Amos Oz cross borders and communities to bring together a striking collection fiction.

The authors appearance at the UK's prestigious Hay Festival was such a sell-out that the organisers put on a second event. They write from perspectives based on very different backgrounds and experiences which reflect the reality of living in Israel and in Lebanon during the intifadas.
