Another hard-action Western by J.T. Edson. His name was Big Tag. He wore a tied-down gun. And didn't do much arguing with his mouth. Cattle king John Chisum knew he was tough. That's why he hired him. You needed tough men if you wanted to own a whole country. When Texas Slaughter rode into Blantyre City he didn't know about Big Tag. But then, Big Tag didn't know about Texas John. Before Slaughter pulled out of Blantyre City, he saw to it that everybody knew about him - dead and alive. Texas John carried a mean gun and he was looking to use it.
