The Mills Bomb

It began in 1964, when one million dollars worth of Bearer Bonds disappeared in Geneva. The money was destined for a top Russian scientist intent on defecting. But the defection went sour, the Department of Subversive Warfare lost two agents in Prague, and the money disappeared. The S. I. S. agent, Edward Mills, was arrested for theft. Now, ten years later, Mills has been released. He has just one purpose in life - to find out the truth, and his methods are brutally unconventional.
