Tina Duncan was born in Sydney, Australia. After several years living in New Guinea during her early childhoold she returned to Sydney where she still lives.

She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales and a background in marketing and event management. She has worked in a number of industries, which strangely all began with the letter C: cars, consultancy, cosmetics, conferences and computers. She now very happily manages a business with her partner, Edy.
