Maybrie Hawkins used to be known as the Fire Fae who couldn't be beat. Now that her relationship with Prince Kai is public, she's known as the lowly Fae who isn't worthy of the Caster royal. The paparazzi hound Brie wherever she goes. And now it's a matter of state, too. Kai's advisors believe she's an unsuitable companion, and they don't even know the secret she's been hiding since their first date.
When Brie is invited to participate in an Interkingdom fight in Los Angeles, she jumps at the chance. Unfortunately, her betrayal can't be left behind when she and Kai travel to the Kingdom of Los Angeles. As if her fierce competition in the ring and their brutal abilities aren't enough, Brie is faced with an ultimatum: tell Kai the truth, or someone else will.
