Connie Dial is a graduate of Citrus Jr. College (AA); California State University at Los Angeles (BA); the University of West Los Angeles (JD); FBI National Academy; LAPD's Command Development school and The Supervisory Leadership Institute. She lives in Southern California with her husband, retired Police Detective Jon Dial and two Yorkshire Terriers, Bogart and Bacall.
