Late in the 20th Century, war sweeps the Globe. Millions are killed and millions more are left in desolation. Out of sheer exhaustion, the war ends. But the seeds of rebellion are sown - and from a most unexpected source. A theoretical geneticist, Ed Kinslow, is sent under mysterious circumstances by his employer, to a health spa in the Sierras. There, he and other scientists, businessmen and professionals discover they are prisoners instead of guests. An escape attempt fails, and Kinslow learns the sinister truth. A meeting of the International Organization of Women is held in Mexico City where speeches proclaiming feminine superiority are heard. A world-wide feminist revolution is planned. Kinslow becomes embroiled in an attempted counter-revolution which is brutally crushed by superior forces of the newly installed world order - PAX FEMINA. His life is spared because his experiments involving the genetic re-engineering of a new human subspecies are vital to the future plans of PAX FEMINA.
