Consultant psychiatrist, James Cochrane, is found early one morning by his neighbour. He has suffered a head injury and drowned in his goldfish pond. Cochrane is well known to be in serious dispute with one of his colleagues, Dr Audrey Clements, over the nature of ME, the so-called 'yuppie flu' but would she take their dispute this far?
